was entered on May 30, 2025 by the Superior
Court for Hancock County Maine, in the case
of Maine State Housing Authority v. Bruce W.
Hoffman, Docket No. RE-2024-11, wherein the
Court adjudged a foreclosure of a Mortgage
Deed recorded in the Hancock County Registry
of Deeds in Book 7066, Page 259, the period of
redemption from said judgment having expired and motion to enlarge deadline to
publish notice of public sale been granted, a public sale will be conducted on February
25, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. at 575 Mines Rd., Blue Hill, Maine. Reference
should be had to said Mortgage Deed for a more complete legal description of the
property to be conveyed. Real Estate: Consists of a 1.5+/- acre parcel with 231+/- ft.
of frontage on Mines Rd. Improving the site is a farmhouse style home designed with
