Notice is hereby given that in accordance with a
Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated October 1,
2025, which judgment was entered on October 3,
2025, by the Superior Court for Penobscot County at
Bangor, Maine, in the case of Maine State Housing
Authority v. Andrew G. Larrabee et al., Docket No.
PENSC-REA-2025-00008, and wherein the Court
adjudged a foreclosure of a Mortgage Deed granted
by Andrew G. Larrabee to Bangor Savings Bank dated
December 21, 2021, and recorded in the Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds in Book 16331, Page 307 (the "Mortgage"), said Mortgage
having been assigned to Maine State Housing Authority by instrument dated January 12,
2022, and recorded in said Registry in Book 16371, Page 102. The period of redemption
from said judgment having expired, a public sale will be conducted on April 20, 2026,
commencing at 1:00 p.m. at 679 North French Street, Bangor, Maine. Reference should
be had to said Mortgage Deed for a more complete legal description of the property to
be conveyed. Real Estate: Consists of a .18+/- acre parcel with 54.3+/- ft. of frontage
on North French Street. Improving the site is a circa 1948 cape style home (864+/-SF)
designed with (3) bedrooms, (1) bath, kitchen/dining room, and a living room. Other
