Aquatic Development Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven employee to fill the position of office assistant on our team.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 20 to 30 hours per week, days of the week and hours are flexible
- Pay Range: Competitive pay starting at $18 an hour based on experience with earned time off and paid holidays
DUTIES
- Drafting correspondence to customers and vendors, letters and emails
- Tracking and recording job specific inventory
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Assist with coordinating job specific deliveries
- Assistance with service crew scheduling
- Data entry into software, creating spreadsheets, updating customer records
- Scanning various types of documents and managing file locations, shredding scanned documents
- Answering phone calls, screening phone calls, forwarding phone calls or distributing messages to appropriate parties
- Provide general support to customers and other staff
- Basic cleaning
SKILLS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft word and excel programs is preferred but not required, we are willing to train
- Previous office experience required
- Ability to work with a team in an often-fast paced environment and also work on your own individual duties
